Use Switch To feature in Woo for troubleshooting with clients

Before using this method, ask the customer to try using the site from their desktop using the Chrome browser. If this does not resolve their issue, proceed to use Switch To feature in Woo.

 

1. Log-in to NAC.com

2. Select users and type client's email into search field

3. When you locate their account, select "Switch To" link

4. Now, you are using the site as the client

5. After conducting your research, be sure to log out!

6. Logging out is crucial! Logging out is a two-step process; from the menu on the left, select log-out. A new page will appear, with a dialogue box,  select log-out again.

 

If you are unable to resolve their issue, forward the ticket to the tech department.
