When you have a client graduate of our program reaching out complaining of breakouts and looking for advice, follow these steps to get them in touch with a coach to troubleshoot the contributing factors for their breakouts. Please note, this call is ONLY for grads of the ONLINE program and not for clinic clients or people who have not done our OAP.
First, check Keap to determine the client's program status. If the client is enrolled with a maintenance subscription, advise them to reach out to their coach to receive a direct link to schedule their Troubleshooting Call. Please note, if the client is enrolled in the Clear for Life Program they are entitled to a complimentary call. Basic Maintenance Subscription clients, Clear for a Year clients, and clients with no maintenance subscription will need to pay $45 to book the call.
If the client is not enrolled in a maintenance program:
Here are some scenarios where a $45, 30-minute Graduate Troubleshooting Call might be necessary:
- Look at their recent orders to see the last time they purchased products, especially active products. For example, if it has been a long time since they bought "Acne Med," this can indicate that they have stopped following their treatment regimen and might need to start the program over again.
- A troubleshooting call is also helpful if you have exhausted troubleshooting within Clear Connection message portal and/or if you feel the troubleshooting is more complex and the client could benefit from being able to talk face-to-face with a coach over Zoom.
