Using Canned Responses and Links in Happy Fox

With pre-written or "canned" answers, a customer service rep can save time and quickly answer the most common questions.

 

Select canned actionyou can search for a topic or scroll and select your reply.  Commonly used links, like our booking link, are also available.

 

Once you select your canned action,  you can modify the message further.
