Customer Support Requests are routed to the OAP CSR from the website help button, customer support email inquires ([email protected] & [email protected]), and the phone system.
These support requests are tagged and moved into the Happy Fox interface, where they are assigned to the OAP CSR and can be answered or reassigned to different departments.
