Procedure / Policy Overview
How to discuss additional monthly coaching needed and the additional fees for extra coaching for clients who are not clearing properly by the end of the 16-week program. The coach will be responsible for manually charging the coaching fee in InfusionSoft each month (Refer to SOP-V-2152)

How to inform the client that additional coaching may be needed and what weeks to discuss this in:

Weeks 11/12: If the client is still not starting to make good progress around weeks 11/12, it is a good idea to start to mention the possibility of an extra month of coaching

Weeks 15/16: After reviewing the client’s check-in for weeks 15/16 and while creating their new regimen. You will ask them to do an additional month of coaching in the message part of the new regimen (see Inflamed Regimen Changes document for script)

The additional charge will be the same as their monthly coaching subscription.

We do not ever offer free additional months of coaching. The body’s response to our program and the clients compliance to the program are all details that are out of our control. Therefore, on rare occasions, a client may not clear in exactly 16-weeks. When this happens, a payment will be taken as the Coach will continue to provide new regimens and support the client to get clear.

Week 17/18 check-in: At their week 17/18 check-in, you will manually charge the extra month of coaching.

Confirm what the cost is for additional coaching

The additional charge will be the same as their monthly coaching subscription:

Coaching Extra Month Video ($125)

Coaching Extra Month Standard ($85)
They are able to change their coaching style for this additional month if they request to

Navigate to InfusionSoft to look up the client and manually charge the coaching fee.

Make a note under the client in Clear Connection confirming the extra month of coaching fee has been charged.
