Procedure / Policy Overview

How to accurately submit a clear connection bug or IT issue to the IT department if a client is having difficulties checking in, or if you aren’t able to properly send a new regimen, or if there is any other technical issue with clear connection. 



 

 

Policy - Handling a CC Technical Issue

 

  • Clear Skin Coach notifies the IT Department immediately upon identification of an IT issue in Clear Connection in the ‘new-cc-bugs’ Slack channel
  • Clear Connection is our own custom developed software and we are always working on improving it. At any time, there may be an unexpected issue in the software. Any issue identified must be handled immediately so as to not impact the clients as much as possible.
  • ​​​​​​​Client is Notified of IT Issues and Thanked for Their Patience While the Issue is Resolved
 

Procedure - How to Submit a Technical Issue to the IT Team
