Auto Charge for a product that a client keeps

If we sent the wrong product to the client, and they decide to keep it, then you will need to request that Customer Service auto charge their account in Keap.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure the Shipping Clerk knows that this order does NOT need to be synched to SS, and this is ONLY a charge.  

 

1.  Log into Keap

 

2.  Search the client by name, email or phone number.

 

3.  Create an invoice for the item the client is keeping.

 

4.  Click on Orders

 

5.  Click on Add Quote

 

6.  Enter in the product that the client is keeping

 

6.  Click Place Order

 

The screen will take you back to where you will need to pay for the invoice you just created

 

7.  Click on Add Payment

 

8.  Choose todays date

 

9.  Select Credit Card (charge now) under the Payment Type Dropdown menu

 

10.  Select the Credit Card number from the Credit Card Dropdown menu

 

11.  Click on Apply Payment

 

**If the payment processes, you will see a green bar pop up on the top of your screen.  

 

**If the payment did NOT process, you will see a red bar pop up on the top of your screen. 

 

If the payment doesn't process you can send the invoice to the client with the option to pay.
