How does a customer earn points
Rewards points are not eligible towards subscriptions or bundles, since there is already a discount added to these offers. Since you have the subscribe and save items added to your cart, your rewards points are not eligible for this order.
Rewards points are eligible for single item purchases, only. If there are any items that are already discounted, and a single full cost item in your cart, it will not apply at the rewards points apply to the entire cart, and not single items.
The maximum amount of points you are able to apply for an order, with 4 or more products is $20 worth.
If you are purchasing a single item, the maximum amount you are able to apply is $5.
If you purchase two items, it's $10, and three items it's $15.
Your available rewards points are located on the payment page.
Rewards points will expire 90 days from the date of your order.

In regards to why we needed to make some adjustments to our Rewards Program:
Back in January we came up with the Rewards Program to show our appreciation for our customers. We started to realize that clients were able to redeem too many points, so much so that clients were getting their orders/products for free.
As our first priority is staying in business, so we can continue to provide our services to acne sufferers, we needed to make some adjustments to the program. We are a very small company, and if we were to continue offering the program the way it started, we'd quickly be out of business! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and appreciate you as our client. :)
How does a customer redeem points?
Points can be redeemed in the MY ACCOUNT + MY REWARDS + MANAGE POINTS section of their account.
How does a customer refer a friend?
Within their MY REWARDS section they would click on GET POINTS! and will be given a unique referral URL that they can give to their friends. When their friends click the link and then purchase from nac.com, this customer will receive 100 bonus points ($5 value)
How do you manually add points to a customer?
There may be times when you need to manually add points to a customer record. To do this you need to log into naturalacneclinic.com as an admin and go to YITH + POINTS AND REWARDS + BULK ACTIONS
Then choose
- ADD POINTS TO USERS
- Only Specified Users
- Search for The User (enter first 3 letters of their name for it to come up)
- Enter how many points you're adding
- Write a description of why (this will show up in their points history - visable to the customer)
