How to place an order on behave of Clove Hill to one of our Vendors for NATURAL SKIN CARE CLINIC

 

 

 

 

Step by Step Instructions:

 

After you have placed your order to Clove Hill from Natural Skin Care Clinic, your next step is to place an order to the vendor from Clove Hill for those products.

 

The list of products can be found when you log into Clove Hill:  Clove Hill Login Page

 

Once you have the list of products, log into Clove Hill QuickBooks:  

 

Here you will place the order for those products.

 

On the left hand side of the page, hover over the EXPENSES icon and find VENDORS

 

Click on VENDORS and search for the vendor you are placing an order with.  (In this case, we are placing an order with Earth Pharmaceuticals.)

 

In the upper right hand side of the page, click on NEW TRANSACTIONS

 

Then click on PURCHASE ORDER

 

Make to make sure the order is being shipped to the correct address.  

Click on SHIP TO and find the correct address from the dropdown menu.  

 

NSC orders are shipped to:

 

Natural Skincare Clinic
4800 Dahlia St Unit D10
Denver, CO 80216

 

Then scroll down to ITEMS DETAILS

 

Delete anything that may have already been filled out

 

Once the form is empty, then you can start to fill in the order with the product order from the Clove Hill 

 

Double check to make sure the SKU's and QUANTITIES are correct and match with what is on your Clove Hill Order

 

Once this is complete, scroll to the bottom right side of the page, and click on SEND and CLOSE

 

Your order will pop up, and this is your last chance to change or correct anything necessary on your order.  

 

Again, make sure the Ship To address, SKU's and quantities are all correct before you submit your order

 

Click SEND and CLOSE again

 

The page will save and close

 

Please Note:  If this was JUST a Clove Hill order, and not an order that was going directly to NSC, you would have one last step, which is to add this to the Clove Hill Trello Board

 

Typically vendors will automatically send an email confirming they received our order
