If a client fills out their week 15-16 check-in, but doesn’t follow up with their 17-18 check-in, send them their maintenance info VIA EMAIL and mark them as graduated.

If the client emails us after the fact, let them know that we reached out several times via several ways, and at this time we can’t offer them regimen or program advice via email. Direct them to the Maintenance Plans, and the benefits the plans offer.
If the client did not complete their week 15-16 check-in, they will NOT receive their maintenance information, and mark them as QUIT. If the client reaches out after you mark them as quit, we would direct them to rejoin/finish the program if they did not. How long they rejoin for will depend on how long they lapsed.
