When a client who has a maintenance subscription re-joins the program (CC account reactivated and regimen changes/check ins resume) their subscription keeps "running" in the background (it is not paused). 

Once they finish their program and are marked as graduated again, we need to notify @Josué Rigoberto Valdez Medrano and @sueric who will need to manually 'relink' the client's subscription.
