Clients may request to cancel their order, or subscription. You also may come across a duplicate order from time to time.

- Log into ShipStation

- Click on the Orders Tab

- Find the client's name and order you need to cancel. Click on the box for that order.

- Click on the Three Dots on the upper right hand side

- Click on Cancel

- Confirm Cancellation

- Select Confirm
8. Ask the client if they would like a store credit, or a refund.
9. If they would like a store credit, log into Woo and apply the credit to their account
10. If they would like a refund, submit a request in the refund Slack Channel.
11. Add a note to the SS order in and also add a Note in Keap
