Cancelling Orders in ShipStation

Clients may request to cancel their order, or subscription. You also may come across a duplicate order from time to time.    

 

    1. Log into ShipStation

 

 

 

    1. Click on the Orders Tab

 

 

    1. Find the client's name and order you need to cancel.  Click on the box for that order. 

 

 

 

    1. Click on the Three Dots on the upper right hand side

    1. Click on Cancel

 

 

    1. Confirm Cancellation

 

    1. Select Confirm

 

          8. Ask the client if they would like a store credit, or a refund.

 

         9.  If they would like a store credit, log into Woo and apply the credit to their account

 

        10.  If they would like a refund, submit a request in the refund Slack Channel. 

 

        11.  Add a note to the SS order in and also add a Note in Keap
