This article will show you how to give access to clients for purchasing active products on Natural Skincare Clinic (NSC) Shopify store.
1- Login to the Shopify Store with credentials.
2- Once you log in, you need to see customers. You can find the customer list on the left-hand side. Click Customers
3- If a customer is not on the list, you can add them manually by clicking ad customer. Under the tags you would choose the graduate tag. You could also tag them as a newsletter so they can get the newsletter. After you fill up the customer information, you need to Save it.
4- When you have the customer on your list, you can search the name and go to the customer's record.
5- Next you will go to the APPS section on the left menu and then choose Simplee Membership from the pop up.
6- Then click on the PLANS options and then ADD MEMBERS TO PLAN
7- Enter their name and email to the form.
8- If you just set up their customer record, choose both checkboxes before clicking ADD MEMBERS. if they already had an account and it's active, click just the second box.
8- If a client can’t access the for her/his account, there are 2 ways to reset their passwords. The first way, go to the website https://shop.naturalskincareclinic.com/ > click at the little contact image at the top and click the forgot your password? > put in their email address> click Submit.
Secondly, you can go to the customer record on your Shopify customer list and click the more options and choose the reset password. So, they will receive an email to reset their passwords.
