- You must have admin access to OrangeHRM to publish
- You can publish an article in specific locations (Online or Clinic), to certain groups of employees, or to specific employees of your choice.
- When adding in publishing filters, note that the filters compound. For EX: If you have a filter to publish to the Online business and employees selected that include Clinic employees, OrangeHRM will only publish to the employees you've selected that are a part of the Online business. The fewer filters you have, the better.
