How Do I Cancel Appointments

Canceling of appointments can be done in two ways.  By the client clicking the cancel button in the confirmation email.  Or you go to their appointment in OnceHub and click Cancel.

 

 

 

How Do I Reschedule Appointment

You can either manually reach out to a client and then change your calendar invite to reflect the new time, or you can send them a rescheduling link via OnceHub.  To do this click on the cancel/reschedule option (noted above) and then choose "Cancel the booking and send a reschedule request for the same Event Type.
