HappyFox - How to find tickets you're mentioned in

  • This video will teach you how to create a 'queue' in HappyFox designed to show you every open ticket you are tagged in. 
  • It is your responsibility to be aware and on top of any tickets that need your attention.
  • Below are step-by-step directions you can follow alongside the video.

 

  1. On the HF home page, click the 'Plus sign' next to 'Queues'
  2. Add a condition to 'Match All' by clicking the 'plus sign' and selecting 'Participated', 'By', and 'Your Name' from the drop-down menus, and then click 'Add'.
  3. Add another condition to 'Match All' by clicking the 'plus sign' and selecting 'Status', 'Is not', and 'Not Closed' from the drop-down menus and click 'Add'.
  4. Click 'Next' and name your queue.
  5. Next to 'Access to' make sure it says 'Me' and click 'Save'.
