Clients who have a Maintenance Plan and they are rejoining the OAP

If the client has a current Maintenance Plan (Basic or CFY), and is rejoining the OAP, they will still need to pay the coaching fees ($85 for email and $125 for zoom) and their Maintenance Subscription is not put on hold or paused.
