I see that you have added _______ supplement into your regimen.  Can you please send me a photo of the ingredient list?  I want to make sure it doesn’t have any pore clogging ingredients.  I also want to check for the amount of Vitamin A and Zinc, if any.  There is a therapeutic dose of Vitamin A/Zinc in your Clove Hill Skin Clarity, so we want to make sure you are not taking too much of these.

 

Although there are therapeutic doses of Vitamin A and Zinc in your skin clarity supplement, you can also add them into your diet as well.

 

Below are some foods to focus on with Zinc and vitamin A:

 

Zinc

Red meat

Legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans)

Hemp seeds

Nuts (pine nuts, cashews, almonds)

 

Vitamin A

Leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, broccoli), orange and yellow vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and other winter squash, summer squash)

Tomatoes

Red bell pepper

Cantaloupe, mango

Beef liver
