How to Cancel a Clear for a Year

 

Policy

 

  • If a client would like to cancel their membership, the Front Desk Coordinator is required to ask why they want to cancel.
     
  • A cancellation request for membership is to be processed while the client is on the phone or in front of the Front Desk Coordinator. The FDC confirms with the client that the membership has been cancelled.
     
  • A client is never to be hassled or denied a cancellation request.
