Policy
- When a Clinic Client has an HAC done via Zoom, the Client will still pick up products at the Clinic.
- The online coach will create a 'Task' in Zenoti and assign the task to a Front Desk associate.
- The Front Desk should pull all of the products noted in the 'Task' and put them in a bag and attach a post-it with the Clients name and date the items were pulled. The bag is to be placed on the black shelf in the inventory room.
- All products are to be paid for upon pick-up.
Task:
- There are two ways you could receive a task. In your NSC email or in the employee dashboard located by clicking your name at the bottom of the 'Appointment Book' and selecting 'My Dashboard'. The 'Task' will appear on the home page of your dashboard.
- Select 'View Details' on the right-hand side of the task to view the products you need to pull.
- After the products have been pulled and placed in the holding area, create a Trello card with the Clients name and products on the Trello board 'Clinic- Front Office Admin Team' under the 'HAC Product Pick-up' list.
- Now you may close the 'Task' in Zenoti by changing the status from 'open' to 'closed'.
