Checking Out a Client for a Custom Package in Zenoti
Policy
- When a pre-built package is not appropriate for a client, the Esthetician will build a "custom package" for the client.
- A client is able to mix and match 3 of any service when creating a custom package.
- Custom packages must be a minimum of 3 per service.
- Discounts are not applied if there is not at least 3 of the same service purchased.
- The discount tiers are:
- 3-5 services receive 10% off
- 6-7 services receive 15% off
- 8+ services receive 20% off
- It is the duty of the Front Desk to make sure we are accurately capturing the correct 'Sale By' when selling a custom package.
- A custom package must be purchased first in a separate invoice before being applied to a same day service.
Task
- In the Zenoti Appointment Book, right click on any white space and select 'Take Payment'.
- Choose "Create Custom Package"
- Select the Esthetician who sold the package in the 'Sale By' drop-down menu.
- A default package name will populate in the the 'Package Name' field. Change the name to the service they are purchasing & how many-custom package-their name. EX: 'IPL Partial-5-custom package-Brittany'
- Select 'Add Service'
- Add the service(s), the quantity of services, and the proper discount and select 'Add'. You will need multiple lines if the Client is purchasing more than one type of service.
- Select 'Never Expires'.
- Select 'Create Package'. This will trigger an Invoice, and you can proceed with check-out. After the sale, the package is immediately ready for use.
