Doing your regimen and taking your supplements consistently is very important and will determine what type of results you will have throughout and when you complete the program. I understand it is a lot of responsibility and to remember, however if you are skipping steps in your regimen and not taking your supplements, you will not get the results you are hoping for and expect. In addition, we can't guarantee you will be clear by the end of your 16 week program.

I know from experience how much commitment it takes to complete the program so I am here for you to help any way I can along the way! :) A couple of suggestions to help you remember: You can set an alarm on your phone to help you remember to take your supplements. You can also tape your regimen and/or reminders to your bathroom mirror. Try to take your supplements and do your regimen at the same time during the day/night.
