How to Update CSDS No Shows in Acuity and IS

Summary

 

Here is how we cancel a Clear Skin Discovery Session if the clients no shows. You must cancel the appointment within Acuity and Infusionsoft. Keeping accurate records of cancellations helps us keep the Coach's schedule up-to-date, identifies habitual no-shows, and helps track data for business analysis.

 

Task:

1. Navigate to Acuity,

2. Click on the appointment

3. Click cancel

4. Mark as no show

5. Click on Cancel Appointment

6.- Navigate to Infusionsoft

7. Find the custom forms

8. Find the CSDS- Call Report from Form Submissions

9. Fill out the form

10. Go over to the notes in Infusionsoft and fill out the form as " No Show CSDS"

11. Assign to Jessica Gremley
