If you need to update a client's email address, this must be done in three different places.
In Infusionsoft:
- under the General tab
- under the Additional Info tab (Email Address 2)
3. In Acuity:
- Click Clients on the sidebar
- Navigate to the client, update the email and hit save
- You will then also have the option to re-send an appointment confirmation to the new email if they have an upcoming existing appointment
