We welcome International Clientele to join our program and experience clear skin! Here are some important policies regarding International Clients. 

Shipping

• We do not ship to every country.  Please refer to the Shipping Regulations document by following instructions in this article: https://naturalacneclinic.happyfox.com/kb/article/508-sop-2096-check-shipping-restrictions-for-international-consults/
• If we have a client in a country that we can ship skincare to, but not supplements, we can do the program with them and assist them in finding suitable supplement substitutions. 
• All international orders are subject to customs fees. Natural Acne Clinic is not responsible for these fees.  These are in addition to our shipping fees.  We are not able to determine what these fees may be, and clients can be directed to reach out to their country's customs/border services agency to inquire.
• Make sure the province or state code is included in short form. i.e. VE instead of Vertigo, Italy

Payment

• International clients may not do pay as you go.  They pay for the entire program up front.  In some cases, it may be more cost efficient to split the order into two packages to save on customs fees.  It is up to the client to determine this by contacting their country's customs/border services agency to inquire.  Due to shipping times, you would still want to send both orders at the start of the program.  Canada is an exception here and you can put a small buffer between orders if the client is financially unable to commit to the full order at once.
• Free Shipping and Discounts apply to U.S. customers only.

Products

• Add a bottle of Acne Med 2.5% to international orders.  This allows for a backup should they run into sensitivity issues.
• Add a second bottle of Hydraboost
