RECEIVING ALCAT RESULTS FOR VIRTUAL CLIENT
Policy
- Clients are Notified Immediately of Receipt of Results
- The client is Booked for a Results Review Immediately
Task
When ALCAT test results arrive via USPS mail for a virtual client, the Front Desk Associate:

- Notifies the Clear Skin Coach that the results have arrived via InfusionSoft note, Refer TSK-123
-
- Calls client to schedule a call with their Clear Skin Coach to discuss results
-
- Gives ALCAT results folder to Clear Skin Coach with a sticky note indicating when their appointment is booked for.
