RECEIVING ALCAT RESULTS FOR VIRTUAL CLIENT 

 

Policy

 

  1. Clients are Notified Immediately of Receipt of Results

 

  1. The client is Booked for a Results Review Immediately

 

 

Task
 

When ALCAT test results arrive via USPS mail for a virtual client, the Front Desk Associate:

 

 

    1. Notifies the Clear Skin Coach that the results have arrived via InfusionSoft note, Refer TSK-123

 

    1. Calls client to schedule a call with their Clear Skin Coach to discuss results

 

    1. Gives ALCAT results folder to Clear Skin Coach with a sticky note indicating when their appointment is booked for.
