Clients are able to do this on their end by navigating to their accounts in the NAC Woo store.

Click My Account at the top of the page

Select Subscriptions

Navigate to the appropriate subscription and click View

Click Upgrade or Downgrade

Select the desired option from the drop-down menu

Click switch subscription

This will add the new subscription to your cart
