Making Appointment Notes in Zenoti
Policy:
- The FDC is responsible for adding any appointment specific notes to appointments as needed. Appointment notes are visible to all, and should be wrote in a professional manner.
- It is required that the FDA put a note with their initials for ALL appointments booked
- Reasons to add appointment notes would be:
- Indicating which treatment a Client is on
- Skin concerns
- Anything the Client would like to relay to the Esthetician
- All notes must be initialed by the person adding the note
- If a note is added, but later becomes irrelevant, the note is to be deleted.
- Appointment notes can be added at the time of booking up to the time of check-out.
Task
- To add an appointment note to a current appointment, double click on the appointment to open the Booking Wizard or right click and select "Modify Appointment". If this is a new appointment, go to Step 2
- Select 'Notes'
- Add appointment notes
- Select 'Save'
