Making Appointment Notes in Zenoti

 

Policy:

  • The FDC is responsible for adding any appointment specific notes to appointments as needed. Appointment notes are visible to all, and should be wrote in a professional manner.
     
  • It is required that the FDA put a note with their initials for ALL appointments booked
     
  • Reasons to add appointment notes would be:
    • Indicating which treatment a Client is on
    • Skin concerns 
    • Anything the Client would like to relay to the Esthetician
       
  • All notes must be initialed by the person adding the note
     
  • If a note is added, but later becomes irrelevant, the note is to be deleted.
     
  • Appointment notes can be added at the time of booking up to the time of check-out.

 

Task
 

  1. To add an appointment note to a current appointment, double click on the appointment to open the Booking Wizard or right click and select "Modify Appointment". If this is a new appointment, go to Step 2
     
  2. Select 'Notes'


     
  3. Add appointment notes
     
  4. Select 'Save'
