Here is the list of ingredients: Beta Carotene, Alfalfa, Horsetail, Oatstraw, Chickweed, Rose Hips, Turmeric, Yellow Dock, Sassafras, Sarsaparilla

Remember this is an herbal based multi-vitamin where you are getting vitamins like A,C,E, Zinc and Selenium which come from the herbs. You get the Vitamin C from the Rosehips in the formula, you get the Vitamin A from the Beta Carotene in the formula, etc. Because the vitamin sources you are getting come from herbs and not chemically (man-made) in a lab, it's hard to pin-point the exact amount of each vitamin, but we do know that on average you are getting a daily dose of those vitamins. Because you are getting your sources from the herbs, this allows the vitamins to be more bioavailable to your body.

Zinc is really the only mineral there that you don't want to take too much of. So just know that there is about 35 mg of Zinc in the formula when taking 4 capsules of our Multi-Vitamin :)
