Yes clients can resume external skincare services once they have completed the program and reduced their regimen to maintenance & are not using as many active topicals which can cause dryness & sensitivity.  Everyone's skin is different, so I would encourage the client to let their skincare service provider know they are using active topicals & likely have them do a 12 or 24-hour actives break post-procedure or as instructed by their skin care service provider.
