The Clear Skin Discovery Call (CSDC) and Clear Skin Discovery Session (CSDS) are the same call, but they maintain slightly different naming conventions for marketing purposes. 

 

If you are messaging with a customer, and they are inquiring about booking a call, you can provide this link https://www.naturalacneclinic.com/clear-skin-discovery-session/

and they can select a time and date that works best for them (calls are 15 minutes in length).

 

Another method for providing a customer with a way to schedule is from Acuity.

  1. Select Scheduling Page Link , from the left-hand menu 
  2. Select Clear Skin Call from the pull-down menu
  3. Select Copy Link Button
  4. Send the link to the customer
