Shipping Fees are required for all orders. If a shipping fee was not added, the order will NOT sync to ShipStation. 

Take these steps to create a shipping fee quote and send it to the customer for payment.

To determine shipping fees

1. 1. Navigates to InfusionSoft
   2. Types in the client’s name in the search box
   3. Select Client
   4. Under "Create a Quote", enter their products
   5. Select Shipping Fee to get total

To create a shipping quote

1. 1. Types in the client’s name in the search box
   2. Select Client
   3. Select create a quote
   4.  Select Miscellaneous Shipping from the product menu
   5. Enter Shipping Fee from steps above
   6.  Selects send and require payment

Once the fee is paid, alert the shipping staff member so they can create the label in ShipStation
