Merge Duplicate Accounts in Infusionsoft

If you find a customer has duplicate accounts, you can merge them into one and control which data takes precedence between the two versions.

Often merging is preferable to simply deleting an account because they will both contain separate but essential customer information.

Infusionsoft only allows us a certain amount of contacts, so if you see this situation, take a minute to remedy it.

Select both boxes, from the Action Menu, select Merge Duplicate Contacts, and proceed to select the data you want to keep.
