Changing an Address In ShipStation

If a client has already paid their invoice but requests a change to their shipping address, you will need to navigate to ShipStation to change the address and shipping label. 

 

Search client by name, confirm the pending order is still awaiting shipment or on hold.

 

Click on the order number to access the profile.

 

Edit address and click save.
