When a new Esthetician is going into the clinic, the Technical Support Specialist will set-up the automated Trello cards for the Esthetician. First, the Clinic Manager will request that the Tech Support Specialist setup the rules and will send them a list of automations with names, population date and due date. Here is an example of what would be sent via slack or HF:
- Delete photos from tablet, populate on Thursdays, due at 6pm on the following Friday
- Clean out email, populate on Thursdays, due at 6pm on the following Friday
- Deep clean treatment room, populate on Wednesdays, due at 8pm on Thursdays
- Send thank you notes and follow-up emails, populate on Thursdays, due at 7pm on Fridays
- Add issues to Esti EOS board, populate on Fridays, due at 7pm on Mondays
- Esthetician Closing Checklist, populate on Tues, Thur at 4pm, due at 8pm
- Esthetician Closing Checklist, populate on Sat at 3pm, due at 5pm
- Esthetician Opening Checklist, populate on Sat at 8am and due at 9am
