RETURN POLICY

If Damaged or Missing Upon DELIVERY

 

CosmoProf

  • Maria Nila Eco Revive Shampoo

  • Maria Nila Eco Revive Conditioner

  • Sales Consultant or Customer Service Representative must be notified to initiate return. 

  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and resalable condition. 

  • An invoice is required to receive credit for any returns. 

  • Cosmetics may only be returned when unopened and in original packaging.

  •  Seasonal merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the end of season.

  • Product with price stickers affixed or in damaged packaging cannot be returned. 

  •  Discontinued and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.

  • Most products are eligible for return credit within 30 days; however, heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return credit. 

  • Products must be unopened and unmarked.

  • the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.

  •  All returns (excluding those that are due to an error on Emerson’s part) are subject to a 25% returns processing fee, due to the fact that we do not resell the product.

  • ALL Face Reality products 

  • Face Reality Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used

  • There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization number. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling our Orders Department directly at (510) 756-6275.

  • All products returned after 30 days from purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund or exchange. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued after 90 days from purchase date.

  • Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 working days upon receipt of products.

  • Damaged products don't need to be returned. Provide the number off the bottom of the bottle in your request for a replacement.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We offer inexpensive sample sizes of our cosmetic face products. Please purchase samples BEFORE committing to a full-size version.  Doing so allows you to test for color, texture, performance and any possible sensitivities.  If you do not like something about the sample(s) you purchased, simply DO NOT purchase a full-size version.

  • You may request replacement for damaged or defective items to the clinic (example: turning mechanism not working on concealer.)

  • Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative. 

  • All RAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.

 

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.

  2. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.984.8268 or [email protected] to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) number. 

  3. We will email you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RA transaction for your records.

  4. Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

You have the option to request a prepaid FedEx return label for a return shipping fee of $6.95, or arrange for shipment on your own with the carrier of your choice (USPS, etc.). If not using a prepaid return label supplied by VitaMedica, we strongly advise obtaining shipment tracking as VitaMedica is not liable for any lost or mis-delivered returns.
