How to reactivate a client in clear connection.

Navigate and log into the coach that the client had in old Clear Connection

Search the client’s name under the ‘Maintenance Client Section’ of the coach dash to view any information about the client

Get client moved into new clear connection
-
Ask the Program Manager to add the client into the new cc
-
Include the full name and email address of the client.
-
Add the week the client will start or if the client needs to fill out a new HQ
