Policy - How to Reactivate a Client in Clear Connection

 

A client can be reactivated whether they originally declined the treatment plan but later reached out wanting to start the program or if a client quit the program and wanted to start again.

 

**Please Note - If a Maintenance Client is breaking out again and needs to re-join program, they might need their account wiped in order to submit a new Health Questionnaire.

 

Task - How to Reactivate a Client in Clear Connection

 

  1. Navigate and log into Clear Connection

  2. Navigate to the Client button to search the client (Refer to SOP-V-2001)

  3. Navigate to "Quit Clients" 

  4. Search the prospect name and open the client dash in clear connection by clicking on the client name

  5. Click the "Re-activate Program"
