How to reactivate a client in clear connection.
A client can be reactivated whether they originally declined the treatment plan but later reached out wanting to start the program or if a client quit the program and wanted to start again.
**Please Note - If a Maintenance Client is breaking out again and needs to re-join program, they might need their account wiped in order to submit a new Health Questionnaire.

Navigate and log into Clear Connection

Navigate to the Client button to search the client (Refer to SOP-V-2001)

Navigate to "Quit Clients"

Search the prospect name and open the client dash in clear connection by clicking on the client name

Click the "Re-activate Program"
