Procedure / Policy Overview

How to respond to a prospect who declined their treatment plan.  This engagement with the prospect should be empathetic and polite. 

 

Task - Responding to a Declined Treatment Plan

 

  1. Put together a recommendation regimen to follow 

    • Only use product on the Natural Acne Clinic shop (www.naturalacneclinic.com/shop) that the general public can purchase since this client won’t have access to certain ‘active’ products on the website 

    • Skin care products:

      • Cleanser

      • Toner

      • Serum - if applicable

      • Moisturizer

      • SPF

    • Supplements:

      • All supplements are available for purchase through the website to the general public 

  2. In Clear Connection, send the recommended products and regimen with direct links to the products on the NAC website

  3. Let them know they can purchase the products themselves from the website.

  4. End the program in Clear Connection
