Notify the DM (digital marketing) team of any clients that they should reach out  for good testimonial videos.

  1. The client should be clear and happy with their results

    • An advocate for the program

  2. Do not send a client’s name who was not totally happy with the program

 

Task - Notifying DM Team of Good Testimonial Videos

  1. Slack or Email the DM team letting them know of any good testimonials from a Transition to Maintenance call in the Bridge the Gap slack channel (If you need access to this channel please notify your Manager).

  2. In the slack message, include the first and last name of the client and the date and time of the Transition to Maintenance call.

 

Conclusion

 

  • Notify the digital marketing (DM) team of good testimonial videos from maintenance clients
