SOP-2211 Online Client Wants to Pick Up Products at the Clinic

Procedure / Policy Overview

Because the clinic and the online program are two separate businesses and hold separate inventory, an online client cannot pick up their orders at the clinic even if they live in the Denver area.  The coach will need to respond to the client and explain the policy. 

Online clients are also not allowed to have Acne Peels in the clinic while participating in the Online Acne Program. If a Denver local client wants to receive Acne Peels then they will need to transfer to the clinic program.

1. Online clients cannot pick up orders at the clinic even if they are local to the Denver area

2. Online client orders use a different inventory system so the orders need to be shipped. 

1. Coach responds to the client's request to pick up their order.

2. Explain that the online program products are shipped from a different warehouse and inventory system
