SOP-V-2212 Updating a Shipping Address in InfusionSoft

Procedure / Policy Overview
Accurately change a shipping address for a client in InfusionSoft who moves while currently going through the Online Acne Program. .
If a client moves, the shipping address needs to be updated before a new invoice is created. NOTE: If the address is changed after the invoice is created then the order will go to the wrong address

Navigate to InfusionSoft and login

Search the client profile

Click on the client’s name to open the client’s full profile

Find and click the tab that says Address (Next to General)

Update the address under Shipping Address
-
SAVE
-
Notify the client you have changed their shipping address on file
**Coaches should also create a HappyFox ticket to notify the Shipping Department and tag Josue of an address change to ensure new address is properly reflected in Ship Station and Clear Connection (see second video)**
