Policy / Procedure Overview

How to accurately complete the “Consult and Sale Log Form” to ensure proper tracking of Online Consultations and Client Follow up. Proper completion of this form assists with sales follow up, client and bonus tracking. 


 

 

Step 1 - Navigating to Google Drive To Open Personal Consult & Sale Log 

 

  1. Navigating to Google Drive: 

  2. Log into your NAC google account or NAC gmail 

  3. Open Google Drive by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top with the 9 small dots and choose the Drive Icon

  4. Search Consult Log Template and click to open this file 

  5. Save a Copy and update it with your name

  6. Share this document with your supervisor

  7. Enter the current month in the tab at the bottom

 

 
 

Step 2 - Enter Details Of The Completed Consultation

 

  1. First Name - Enter the client’s first name

  2. Last Name - Enter the client’s last name

  3. Date -  Enter the date of the consultation

  4. Appointment Type - Enter the type of consultation that was booked. OAC, HAC, CSDS, etc.

  5. Accepted the Program - Enter a ‘yes’ if the client accepted the program 

  6. 48-Hour Follow Up - Enter the date and what kind of follow up it was (cc message, phone, or lvm)

    1. Only needed if the client doesn’t accept the program right away

    2. 1st attempt would be a phone call/voice mail if needed

    3. 2nd attempt would be 48hour after 1st attempt with a cc message

    4. Final attempt should 48-72 hours after 2nd attempt with a text using the TextFree app or webpage

    5. End program if prospect does not accept the program or respond to any messages.

  7. 1st Invoice Paid - Enter the date the invoice was paid- Note: clients must pay their first invoice to be counted for bonus commissions 

  8. Notes - Enter any corresponding notes for the client while working through the conversion







 

 

Conclusion

 

  • Complete the consultation log

  • Follow up with prospect

  • Tracking conversion rate of accepted programs
