STEPS AFTER TRANSITION TO MAINTENANCE CALLS 

 

  1. After the call, send the client Maintenance Regimen as their last regimen in Clear Connection 
    • Look for appropriate regimen template and copy and paste it into their regimen
    • Edit template to reflect the recommendations you made during their T2M call
  2. In the messages, send the client "Now That You Are Clear" document and Testimonial Request (if they had a good experience)
  3. Click on client's name, "End Client Program" and select "Graduated Program"
  4. Tagging their account as graduated will give the client access to purchase active products at NAC.com, as well as access to their Clear Connection account for 3 days
  5. After 3 days, the client will be prompted to select a Maintenance Subscription Plan for continued access
