LEAVING YOUR SHIFT MID-DAY 

 

Policy 

  1. Any incomplete tasks or unreturned phone calls should be recorded in Trello (Refer TSK-116) 
  2. Retail shelves must be restocked prior to leaving for the day
  3. Any cash received must be reported to the MOD and accounted for on the Daily Cash Sheet
  4. Open quote report must be checked before leaving
  5. “End of Day” Reports must be run and matching before leaving
  6. A replacement staff member must be taking over at the Front Desk. Do not leave until this person is available and at the desk
  7. The phones must be passed over to the 2nd shift FDA or MOD

 

Task 

 

Before shift ends mid-day, the Front Office Associate

 

  1. Stocks retail product case 

 

  1. Adds pending tasks, texts or phone messages to clients, etc to Trello board and explains any complicated or urgent situations to the Evening FDC taking over.

 

  1. Ensures someone will be up at the front desk before leaving
     
  2. Checks laundry and puts in a load or folds what is in dryer

 

  1. Navigates to Zenoti

 

  1. Runs Today's Sales and checks for any open invoices from shift. Ensures all invoices that you checked out are closed
     
  2. Completed Mid-Day Checklist in Trello
     
  3. Checks in with MOD to see if there is anything else that needs done before leaving
