IDENTIFY AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT & BRING TO EOS MEETING

Policy 

1. Recognizes when there is an area of improvement that needs to be addressed at a weekly EOS meeting
2. Navigates to Trello
   • https://trello.com
3. Logs-In using Username and Password set up for you by management
4. Navigates to Trello board titled “Clinic- Front & Back Office Admin”
5. Locates EOS meeting column
6. Creates a new card with issue/ area of improvement to be discussed at the EOS meeting
   • (Refer to TSK-116 on using Trello and creating a card)
   • The card will automatically sync to Management’s EOS meeting board
