How to Start and Bill a $299 Coaching Subscription for a Client

Procedure / Policy Overview

The clear skin coach should bill out a $299 auto-ship subscription for a client in InfusionSoft.  This subscription offer is only offered to certain clients who have had a CSDS Call first. 

1. Navigate to the 4-tier Subscription Sheet in Google Drive (Refer to SOP-V-2120).

2. ‘Select All’ and ‘copy’ the Master Template - 299 Inflamed 

3. Add New Tab (bottom of the sheet)

4. Paste the Master Template into the new sheet that was just created

5. Rename the ‘new tab’ to the First and Last name of the client

6. Update the CLIENT NAME

7. Add the other 2 herbs that were chosen as part of the treatment plan into the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd month.

8. Make any changes that are needed.  For example: 

   1. A client needs lower percentages of the Acne Med

   2. A client needs lower percentages of Mandelic Serums

9. Optional: Add HydraBalance should the client need this product

10. Once completed, navigate to InfusionSoft

11. Search the client

12. Add a new quote for the client

13. Add $299 Online Acne Program to the item line

14. Choose: month for 4 months - 299 with 0 days free (drop down field)

15. Select OK

16. Add ‘Shipping’ to the order

17. Continue

18. Select

19. Email the Quote to the client
