View, Change or Delete a Regular Monthly Coaching Subscription

Procedure / Policy Overview

A coach can view, change, or delete a monthly coaching subscription for clients who have a regular plan (not the $299 auto subscription).  

  1. A coaching subscription can change one time throughout the program if a client requests to change their coaching from email to zoom or vice versa.  A coaching subscription should not continue to change more than once during the 16 week program. 

  2. A coaching subscription can be deleted if the client is being double charged for some reason. If the coaching subscription needs to be deleted for any other reason; the coach should receive a Manager’s approval. 

  3. If a client quits the program, the coach is responsible for for deleting the monthly coaching subscription.


 

 

Task - View Monthly Coaching Subscription and Charges

 

  1. Navigate and log into InfusionSoft

  2. Navigate to the search bar (upper right hand corner) and search client name

  3. Navigate to the Orders tab

  4. Scroll down to the Subscription section

  5. View Subscription type and status

    1. Active or Inactive

    2. Zoom or Email Coaching

  6. Click on Monthly Coaching Support Fee - Email

  7. Scroll to bottom of the page to see how many months of coaching has been paid



 

 

Task - Change the Monthly Coaching Subscription 

 

  1. Navigate and log into InfusionSoft

  2. Navigate to the search bar (upper right hand corner) and search client name

  3. Navigate to the Orders tab

  4. Scroll down to the Subscription section

  5. Click on Monthly Coaching Support Fee 

  6. Note End Date that the subscription is showing - helpful to write it down

  7. Change Subscription Plan by choosing either Phone or Email in the drop down section

  8. Choose Option - month for 3 months in the drop down section

  9. Change End Date if date did not calculate correctly - use date that was noted above to check this end date. 

  10. Save

 


 

 

Task - Delete the Monthly Coaching Subscription

 

  1. Navigate and log into InfusionSoft

  2. Navigate to the search bar (upper right hand corner) and search client name

  3. Navigate to the Orders tab

  4. Scroll down to the Subscription section

  5. Click on Monthly Coaching Support Fee

  6. Navigate to current Status on upper right hand side

  7. Select Inactive from the dropdown section

  8. Navigate to Recharge Information section on the left side, middle of the page

  9. Under Auto-Charge: select ‘No’

  10. Save
