Charging a Client Invoice for Auto-Bill (pay-as-you-go clients)

Procedure / Policy Overview
How to accurately auto-charge a client who is paying as they go in the program. Typically there will be an invoice to charge at every two weeks at their checkin for pay-as-you-go clients.

A clear skin coach will bill out and charge the client invoice at the time of creating the invoice.

This will be an auto-charge from the coach
-
This will not be an invoice that is emailed to the client to pay themselves online

Create the order from clear connection (Refer to SOP-V-2123)

Navigate to InfusionSoft and search the client

Click on the current order that was just created
-
Navigate to ‘Add Payment’

Enter the date that you are charging the invoice

Enter the Payment Type: credit card
-
Choose the credit card on file
-
Be sure the Merchant Type says: Stripe Payments
-
Click Add Payment at the bottom
-
Be sure it goes through and gives you a notification
-
If the credit card declined - contact the client to get an updated credit card on file.
