End a Program for a Client Who Quits the Program

Procedure / Policy Overview
Reasons To Mark a Client As Quit:
- Prospect's OAC has expired (consultations expire after 2 months)
- In-program client is being not being compliant and/or not responding. You have exhausted all forms of communication and received a manager's approval to mark client as Quit
- In-program client needs to stop program for personal/medical reason
Steps to Accurately Mark Client as Quit:

Navigate to Client’s dashboard

Click the End Client Program button

Choose the Quit Program Option
**You can re-activate a quit client's program in the future**
