Procedure / Policy Overview

 

Reasons To Mark a Client As Quit:

 

  • Prospect's OAC has expired (consultations expire after 2 months)
  • In-program client is being not being compliant and/or not responding. You have exhausted all forms of communication and received a manager's approval to mark client as Quit
  • In-program client needs to stop program for personal/medical reason

 

 

Steps to Accurately Mark Client as Quit:
 

  1. Navigate to Client’s dashboard

  2. Click the End Client Program button 

 

  1. Choose the Quit Program Option

 

**You can re-activate a quit client's program in the future**
